Craft Brewers Guild is delighted to announce that Pat Fahey, Master Cicerone & Content Director for the Cicerone Certification Program, will be conducting three brewery production off-flavor training courses across North Carolina
September 11th: Wilmington at Front Street Brewery
September 13th: Charlotte at Sugar Creek Brewing Co.
September 15th: Asheville at Green Man Brewery
Each course is 8 hours long, and provides two exposures each to 15 off-flavors from production flaws. Course registration will cost $174 per person.
